So far, after using many diet pills, I settled down to phentramin-d a diet pill which works wonders. It's very easy to use and it controls my appetite. My sole reason for weight gain was my habit of eating too much junk. And after I was told by a friend that phentramin-d diet pill works well I decided to go for it. I read about it on this site http://p.gs/4f52u and for the past 3 months, I'm on it. Lost 20 lbs already.

well believe or not if you eat every 3 hours what ever you want(make it healthy) that fits in a dessert meaning you can fill that plate or dessert bowl you will see amazing results also you can drink all day water
lemon water
or green tee
black coffee
stop between 6 to 7 pm after that you can just drink liquids
now for the exercising i hate it but what i do is walk 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening
i live in a building and sometimes i live on the 7th floor so depending how i feel i get off on the 6th floor or 5th floor or maybe even the 4th floor and take the stairs and in the morning i will take the stairs because it is less harder to go down than up
beleive and trust me this will work i used to weight 287 pounds now i weight 240 pounds trying to get to 125
i lost it in 9 months

None of them are effective like good physical exercises with limiting food qty.
