On a girl... have her get on her hands and knees... come at her from behind. Stick your index finger into her vigina about to the second knuckle then bend your finger down towards the ground... You should be touching the approximate spot.

For a guy, have him lay on his back.. Lubricate your finger and slip it up his anus. When your finger is most of the way in push up towards his stomach wall. You will feel an almond sized gland. That is the prostate and is said to be the g-spot for men.

Some girls (myself included) have a secondary g-spot which is accessed anally. I found this quite by accident when my b/f was playing around with his finger. There is a spot inside of me when he slips his finger up my anus and pushes towards my vigina that is amazingly sensitive and feels very much like a g-spot sensation.
