My natural hair color is light brown and what i used was l'oreal technique
preference permanent haircolor #10 super light nat. blond
base: neutral with a developer # 30 and like 2 tsp. of BW 2 powder lightener.

You're reading I just colored my hair and it came out a brassy color and the ends came out one shade darker. I would like to get the color that Kelly Ripa have so what can I do to fix it at home?
