I'm a 13 year old girl and I'm a natural tenor. I have a deep voice that is like boys. Is this natural or should I go to the doctor?

My sister had this problem - people on the telephone called her "Sir". It doesn't seem to have caused her any trouble in her life other some irritation when she was about your age.

You're thirteen, love. Girls' voices only mature a few years after guys' voices do, so while many of your male friends will be finding their ranges at this point and will continue to develop them until they turn seventeen or eighteen, really your voice is only going to start maturing when you turn sixteen or so. I had a pretty low voice three or four years ago, and I kind of still do (my break is actually the A above middle C, which is pretty low.) You'll probably develop into a low alto, but until then you have to push your range. It can be done, although I couldn't really know any good exercises for that. Lip flutter your scales, maybe, and sing them over your break.

While I agree with the others that there is almost certainaly nothing "wrong" with you, I would advise that you do see a doctor! There may be something we are nto aware of and a visit is just common sense insurance.

After all, why would you trust your health on the internet to a bunch of peaople you don't even know?

I agree with the other answers; you could just be a contralto, which has its advantages; heck, you could be a girl tenor, there are some. This is another reason not to smoke, which can give women an even deeper voice. The best way to change your range is sing within it but not the low notes. My own voice has moved around betwee second bass and first tenor during 40 years.
