I used to love snow skiing but haven't been for years, is it like 'riding a bike' or will I need some time to re-learn the mechanics?

I am a ski instructor, a leason is always a good idea. equipment has changed and the way we ski has also changed with the equipment but don't despair your past experience will help. take it slow start in the learning area (bunny hill) and progress slowly to green trails and on. the mountain is your playground have fun be safe, hope to see you out there.
