If we're disuccing sex, that depends on the region or state. I know here in Canada, that's perfectly legal, but I'm pretty sure in most states that wouldn't be. I'm leaning to a greater chance of being illegal.

Interest is fine, as long as it doesn't go beyond that for the next 2 years. But hey, if you're REALLY interested, that's not so hard, right?

Under Alasakan law it is legal as long as you are not more than three years older than your girlfriend/botfriend and in a position of authority over them (guardian/babysitter/employer). If both of these conditions exist alongside a physical relationship, then you could be found guilty of "Sec. 11.41.440. SEXUAL ABUSE OF A MINOR IN THE FOURTH DEGREE". Hope this helps.
