Help answer this question below.

My Mom passed away and the insurance is up for renewal on her car and pickup. What do I need to do? I am the Executor of her estate. My sister lives out of state and when she flies in to help with our Moms property, she needs to drive one of the vehicles.

    Well are you going to keep the vehicles or sell them? Did she leave them to someone? Does she owe on them? If she owes on them usually they have to be sold off so that they can be paid off and if anything is left over then it goes to her estate. If someone else is going to drive them then you would need to register and insure it to that person.
