    I have done research in Pheonix & Devry. I determined that the risk of them not following through was too great. Many times the Professors never show up online to give any instruction. So you could be left alone to fend for yourself. Also, I've heard that they sucker you into getting student loans that are more expensive than their worth, and regardless of the outcome, you are in contract with, say "Chase" and must continue to pay, regardless of the outcome of the classes.

    It is my personal opinion that you should just try a community college and then transfer to a university later.

    Lots of schools, just make sure they are acreditted in case you wish to pursue further education. And remember most online schools cost $500 an hr. versus a community college or university at around $100 an hr. So one class $1500-$2000. I went to Devry for a bit.
