You're reading Can someone please tell me how to record audio/video to dvd from youtube.Everything that I try doesn't work. I'm not completely ignorant, but the download Firefox,(or whatever) download player, download converter instructions are driving me crazy.

Download the video.
You will need to convert it to mpeg2 format if you wish to put it onto a dvd for watching in a dvd player.
There are lots of freeware converters (flash to mpeg2) but the quality will not be good as video files are heavily compressed on sites like Youtube.
When you convert it, you will need to use something like Nero or similar software to 'burn' the file onto the disc.
