You cannot make anyone share their feelings. I know this is frustrating, but it's true. The more you push someone to do so, the more likely they are to pull away from you. All you can do is be there for him when he does express his feelings, and LISTEN to him. Don't immediately throw your opinions or feelings into the mix. Some people don't share their feelings and he may be one of them.

This is a hard one to answer. There are lots of ways that your man can express his affection towards you. It can start from a kiss to flowers. You have to let him know what you like and be straight forward. The best way is to not give hints but just say it out loud. If he still is not giving you anything, than maybe he isn't all for you.

He probably won't until he is ready. The best you can do is sit down and talk with him. Tell him exactly how you feel and that it would make you feel much better if he could tell you how he feels on the same situations.
