If you've ever been prescribed an anti-depressant, do you remember how you first felt when you started taking it? Is the nausea worth trying to continue for the better benefits?

yes i can remember. i dont like taking tablets any tablets so i didnt really want to take them but i knew i had to. At first they made me feel a bit dizzy and i couldnt sleep etc. i went back to my doctor and she told me to keep taiking them. im glad i put up with the side effects at the beginning because if i hadnt i wouldnt be on the way to getting better. so i would say its worth suffering at the beginning
