Do you make your own BBQ sauce from scratch, customize bottled BBQ sauce, or just use bottled as is?

    I sautee' onions in butter, then add bottled barbeque sauce (usually Kraft or Stubbs), some honey, some lemon juice, some garlic salt and sometimes a little beer. I just keep tasting it until it's really good. It turns out different every time but that is OK too.

    Most the time I make it from scratch. Other times when I am away from home I'll just buy it from the store.
