My Canon IP1000 prints pictures and photos with streaks in them? I have tried cleaning the nozzle using the Canon software and also tried re-aligning the printer head but nothing changed. What's wrong?

Have you tried deep cleaning mode? You could also try to do a print nozzle check and then do another cleaning. I would also recommend using the specialize paper to clean the print heads. You can buy it at stores like Office Depot. Also check the ink cartridges your using sometimes they leak to much. If it doesn't clear up you might have to have it checked out where you bought it.
