Take a look at Samson v. CA; if you're on parole or probation, many states will curtail your 4th amendment rights as a condition of your release. The logic is that you would otherwise be in prison with essentially no 4th amendment rights, so they can still be curtailed on the outside. If it was a know condition of the probation, then yes, they can search your house without cause. As a footnote, if you give consent to the search, any officer can search your home with consent and without probable cause.

It is possible, depending on the condition of parole. As a parolee, you don't have all the rights of a non-parolee under the law; in theory, you have exchanged them for your freedom. So this is an unfortunate possibility. However, the real answer is in finding out what the exact conditions of your parole are.
