WHICH colleges/universities? In most cases, good grades and test scores help...though I can't tell you specific things without knowing what schools you mean. Even then I only know a few >.<

If your test scores are high enough, interviews go well, and the 3.3 is unweighted, you'll be fine.

While GPA is important, it isn't everything. BU is probably the hardest on the list, I think. If you have SATs over 2000 or ACTs over 27, I bet you'll have a good chance. Also, the essay is usually quite important. Make sure at least three people proofread it.
