When trying to figure out what to get someone who has everything, the best I could come up with is what I'm doing (but not for my mom). I got one of the frames that has room for several pictures, you know the type, they have them at WalMart. I am putting some of my better pictures in there--nature scenes and stuff. For your mom you could do family shots.

A big hug, and tell her you love her. That's all mom's really want. The material stuff my mom wants is always just to replace a worn-out appliance, or a new housecoat. Minor stuff, compared to a hug.

Gift certificate to a spa or nail salon or her favorite restaurant. A show in the city or a starbucks gift card. Almost everyone loves special coffees.

Take her out for dinner. The good thing about this present is that you can give her the same present next year and she won't mind. Being there is the big thing. Mothers love to be with their children (and grand children ...)
