Is there a particular time of year that's best for finding outlet shopping deals?

    In my experience, the best time to buy is at the end of the season. For example, the Columbia Sportswear outlet near me often holds sales in late August selling summer items cheap. I picked up a fifty dollar pair of sandals at their sales for twenty bucks. I know of a few other outlets near me that do this (R.E.I., Adidas).
