I use Microsoft Outlook and have several different email addresses. My problem is that when I use REPLY to reply to a message, the program does NOT use the default email account. It uses one of my other email accounts which I do not want it to use.

    It certainly should use the default address. Are you absolutely sure that the one you think is the default address really is. As a first step I would go to the Tools/Accounts menu and check.
