I work in a off license and soon were to sell condoms, here's my dilemma, in the u.k you have to be 16 to legally allowed to have sex, so should i I'D young people who want to buy them, or sell them to them as their being sensible afterall?

    Well the real question is do you have to be 16 to purchase the condoms? While, I can understand wanting to sell to them because at least they are willing to have safe sex, in the end it's your business. If you can be held liable or be fined is it really worth the legal fees?

    theres no legal limit on buying condoms so theres no need to id them.
