I want to do something with Hollywood movies. Not acting, more behind the scenes things. How do I get motivated? Where do I start? Should I move from NY to CA? Please advise me, and sorry for all the weird questions, I'm desperate.

What specifically do you want to do in Hollywood? Become a script writer, director, producer, cinematographer, editor, grip, sound recordist, there are 101 different jobs, you need to choose one. Then find out how you can get experience/qualifications for that type of work. Then you need to publicise yourself and offer something no one else is offering so you stand out from the other hopefuls, an agent might be a good help but just watch you are not fleeced.
