Help answer this question below.
No. She was a drug addict. Her lawyer, Howard Stern, could be considered a supplier who contributed to her death, but I don't believe his motive was to murder her.
He isn't the biological father of her child and he knew he couldn't hide this fact indefinitely.
I believe it's a very sad and tragic ending to the life of a physically beautiful lost soul who never really believed in herself.
No I think she committed suiside cause she was so sad about her son over dosing.
I sure do. I think that sleezy lawyer she was with murdered both her and her son with drug over doses to get the money the baby inheriated. If he didn't do it out right he did it by keeping them supplied with enough dope to kill an elephant in the hopes they would OD.
G'day Kristi,
Thanks for your question.
I don't given that there would have been an autopsy which should have discovered whether there was any foul play. According to Wikipedia, "After a seven week investigation led by Broward County Medical Examiner and Forensic Pathologist Dr. Joshua Perper in combination with the Seminole police and several independent forensic pathologists and toxicologists, Dr. Perper announced that Smith died of "combined drug intoxication" with the sleeping medication chloral hydrate as the "major component." No illegal drugs were found in her system. The official report states that her death was not considered to be due to homicide, suicide, or natural causes. The full investigative report has been made public and can be found online. Additionally, an official copy of the autopsy report was publicly released on March 26, 2007 and can be found online.
I have attached sources for your reference.

Anna Nicole Smith would have been 40 years old today. What do you think she would be doing if she were still alive?

Frederic Prinz von Anhalt seems like a media whore to me. What would Anna Nicole see in a guy like that and how could he get photographed naked in his car after being robbed? He should be ashamed of all his b.s. What do you think?

Good post! Howard Stern was an enabler... but don't you think it was sort of ironic how both of the family deaths (hers and Daniel's) were deemed as accidental drug cocktails?
by Kristi on November 29th, 2007
I believe that drugs were running rampant and it was an unfortuante accident. I think that Daniel accidentally OD'd and this threw Anna into a very dark place. From there, I believe she tried to kill the pain by taking drugs, more drugs than she normally ingested. It's not unusual for a drug addict to think they can handle more. I do think Howard Stern's involvement as an illegal drug supplier should be investigated.
