How well do electric kettles work, and what kind do you have?

It's kinda hard to have a kettle that doesn't work well... either it heats up the water or it doesn't. I've had good experiences with them.

They work great if you get a good one. We have a four ft tilt at work.

I fill up a kettle and place it on the stove to heat. To keep it warm after it boils I place it on top of the wood stove where it stays ready for us for later.
