It really depends on your starting weight. I lost 71 lbs. in 98 days so far, but I was 175 lbs. over weight.
I have had nothing but water to drink over the last 15 weeks, and have eaten 5-6 times a day (small portions are a real key). Also, make sure you have protein w/ each meal & snack. Finally get in a gym. You cannot do this in any type of healthy way without cardio & weight training. You do not have to simply do bench presses, squats, etc. There are so many great new workouts out there. Kickboxing & Medicine Balls are GREAT. Good Luck to you.

Yes, it is possible and to lose even more, but not to do it safely and more importantly, permanently. It will gallop back on. The faster you lose the faster you will gain it back unless you did it in a good safe way. Many years ago, I lost 90 lbs in that time and about 60 lbs. in 40 days under a doctor's care, part of an experimental diet program in the early 70s. I did lose, but I also felt really awful, lost a lot of my hair, saggy flesh and no muscle tone at all. And then I gained at least half of it back in the first year. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

It is possible, but not recommended. That is about 3 1/2 pounds a week, and losing weight this fast can damage the liver. Drastic eating and exercise changes are needed. Unless one is extremely fat (more than double ideal weight), it is extremely difficult to lose weight this fast. Gastric bypass surgery often produces this kind of weight loss, at least initially. You can also lose your health, and weight lost this fast is probably going to be gained back within 6 months.
