    I don't think so. I always like to suck on the breasts and nipples and labia on my GF and they haven't gotten larger. And I spend a lot of time doing it, always stroking the nipple as I suck. Occasionally giving a hickey on her breasts to prove I can suck hard.

    It depends on the way in which oral sex is performed. Almost all body parts can be modified through constant manipulation. This is especially easy to achieve in parts of the body such as the lips (mouth) and the nipples. Women in Africa put plates in their lips to cause them to distend because it was culturally thought to be attractive.

    If you applied alot of sucking pressure for long periods of time each day it would stretch out her labia. It would take quite a bit of effort over a period of weeks or even months, though.
