Make all of your girls sign something that clears you of legal responsibility. It should say that they know that they are not to engage in sexual acts for money. As far as salary, you would usually do the booking and then keep a percent of the fee. I would imagine the girl would keep 2/3 of the money and the service gets the rest. First and foremost you should get a good lawyer- chances are you will eventually need one. If you aren't accused of prostitution you will still likely have other legal issues such as claims of theft, etc. Your biggest challenge will be staying within the confines of the law to avoid being arrested by vice. You also have to deal with emotionally unstable employees and clients who might have drug problems. Another factor is that girls will often try to set up appointments with clients directly in order to cut the service out of their share.
