As far as salary, you would usually do the booking and then keep a percent of the fee. I would imagine the girl would keep 2/3 of the money and the service gets the rest.
First and foremost you should get a good lawyer- chances are you will eventually need one. If you aren't accused of prostitution you will still likely have other legal issues such as claims of theft, etc.
Your biggest challenge will be staying within the confines of the law to avoid being arrested by vice.
