Because a lot of modern pills aren't just X, they are cut with meth, speed, coke or heroine just to name a few... So you are not just recieving an MDMA euphoria, you are high on something else as well... This is another reason people say X can kill you on your first time... It is a "homemade" pharmaceutical drug and if made incorrectly, can injure a person severly or kill them... Watch yourself though... I rolled for 8 months straight and lost over 50 lbs. ... it was unhealthy, and thats why I say now, if you or someone you know has a problem with this drug, seek help immediately!
