"natually lifts mood" by replenishing your serotonin levels.
ive got them and they are pretty darn good, all natural ingredients
They say that the following are Serotonin supplement that can help boost the production in the body. How ever it has not been proven by any good sources.
5-hydroxytryptophan, also known as 5-HTP
This drug is unclear and not tested by the FDA yet. Here is the drug information:

I do not advise trying to use this drug, at least not until it is proven to be safe.

Another way to help raise your Serotonin levels is threw food. There are foods that will naturally boost the level in your body.
Carbohydrates are thought to have a calming effect on the brain, as they stimulate the body to release serotonin. Serotonin, also known as the sleep-inducing hormone, is a chemical released after eating carbohydrates that transmits calmness and mood stability to your brain cells.
Carbohydrates vary from simple sugars, like pure glucose, to complex starches such as breads, cereals, potatoes, rice, pasta and even fruits and vegetables – although people tend to think of carbohydrates to mean mainly bread.
Foods that are naturally high in serotonin are:
avocado
banana
kiwi
octopus
pecan nut
pineapple
plum
tomato
walnut
Since chocolate contains allot of carbohydrate it is also known to boost serotonin levels.

In Canada Tryptane is a prescription, it's pure Tryptophan, I ask my doctor for it as a sleep aid and get it prescribed, the Food and Drug cartels used the Monsanto fiasco to make it a 'prescription only' item, so it isn't cheap anymore.... LOL
5HTP Health food supp. stores
Isn't Serotonin the chemical that's affected by light? If it is, wouldn't you be better off exposing yourself to the right light rather than popping stuff?
