  • Depends on which Intel and for what purpose. I personally prefer Intel Core 2 Duo processors. I've heard that AMD processors are more power-efficient sometimes, though.
  • In my experience Intel. tho like stated above which intel are you talking about, obviously a Intel atom wont compete with a turion very well. AMD is cheaper tho. But I recommend shelling out the extra money for the better performance from intel.(NO I am not a Intel fanboy, Im a POWER, SPARC, or MIPS fanboy, you know RISC)
  • It depends on purpose, as PBS said, but I much prefer AMD
