  • He is not all bad, he has a hard job and when he does the right thing he needs more than pity but support.
  • Considering that he is the worst two-term President in the history of this country, yes I almost feel sorry for him.
  • I don't think he'd want me to feel sorry for him, just my undying gratitude.
  • I live in Texas and met him a couple of times before he ran for president. Don't feel sorry for him in the least. He has pretty well accomplished what he set out to do. From his handler's perspective the only part he really screwed up was mismanaging the war. That, in turn, derailed the Republican dynasty plans that started after Goldwater's defeat in '64.
  • I don't feel sorry for him. I feel sorry for the American people who will have to dig their way out of his legacy for years to come. I feel sorry for people around the world who have gone from living in a very bad situation to a living hell thanks to his policy.
  • Ahhhhhhh........hell no!
  • I wish I could, but given the number of people who were killed, maimed, psychologically traumatized, rendered, tortured, or otherwise denied basic human dignity because of "W" and his policies, I don't have enough pity left to spare on him. . http://www.salon.com/opinion/feature/2007/11/28/iraq_civilian_deaths/ . http://www.salon.com/opinion/feature/2007/11/14/arar/index.html?source=rss&aim=/opinion/feature . http://www.salon.com/news/feature/2006/01/05/brain_trauma/index.html . Which person needs our support more? .
  • A "C" student who became president almost by birthright. At "any" point.. are you kidding?
  • When he dies.
  • When he doesn't even show remorse for his mistakes? Um... no. He brought it upon himself. I think he should be impeached for lying to congress. Unfortunately that won't even be considered.
  • He just sent hundreds of Americans to die and got filthy rich in the process. Dick Cheney and him have so much money, earned with American blood. Feel sorry for that war-monger? Don't be stupid! I'd like to point out that I am a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom and I LEFT the military because I was tired of being used to kill people to fill up someone's pocketbook.
  • Well when he was making a complete mess of the two Prime Ministers names and that speech I felt embarrassed for him and for the Western world.
  • Hell no I feel sorry for ......and all of the military wives and children not to mention our soldiers that have to put up with the orders that the Commander "IN Chief" has given for them to be sent into a unstable war zone . Some making back in parts all coming back scarred in one way or another
  • No, but I do feel sorry for those people who STILL believe him.
  • No. I don't really see any reason to feel sorry for him. He's a grown man and he asked for the responsibility. All Presidents receive a lot of flack from their detractors, especially during war-time. He seems to be holding up fine. I AM looking forward to a change, I am just not sure yet who I am hoping that will be.
  • George Walker Bush has trashed the principles for which the U.S. stands, and flushed America's reputation down the drain -- No, I don't feel sorry for the dumb sob.
  • No, I don't feel sorry for him, and he really needs to apologize to the American people.
  • no i dont. he has the hardest job anybody could ask for. he does what he thinks is right, even when people are calling him dumb, and an idiot, and i respect him for not giving into pressure, and going with something he doesnt beleive in. he tries. and thats all that mattters to me. disrespecting the president of our country is like disrespecting the country. i love our country, and i greatlyy respect a man, who is willing to run it, even with everbody trying to pull him down.
  • no, I want to beat sense into him with a baseball bat.
  • Nope. He did it to himself.
  • No. My pity goes to those who have gone through actual hardships. I haven't seen him go through any.
