    Only the relatively polite ones. I understand that it often goes like this. "You don't frighten us, English pig dogs. Go and boil your bottoms, you sons of a silly person. I blow my nose at you, so-called "Arthur King," you and all your silly English K-nig-hts. "

    Seriously, No. lol. The French have a flair that exceeds the requirements of formalities in conversational colloquialism. An ex-gf use to do that to irritate me though, except she would append a small obscenity to the end of that statement, went something like "Pardon my english, you f*ckin I-talian".

    No, they say 'Pardon my Spanish.' The Spanish say 'Pardon my German', the Germans say 'Pardon my Italian', the Italians, say 'Pardon my Greek', and so on, and so on, and so on.........
