How can a question be deemed "offensive" if it isn't insulting, demeaning, derogatory, racist, hateful, bigoted, threatening or vulgar?

You're reading How long can it take for moderation submissions to get approved? I have only 75% + on that but never got an email stating that one was rejected... is it normal?

Pretty much. So if somebody posts two identical questions in their impatience on the front page I can get rid of the last one right away. Or if someone posts an obvious Adult type question on the front page, it can get moved off there quick:-)

I did some 50 moderations ( 20 were approved) and for the rest I didn't received any e mails from three days. Will I get them?

Lately I don't know how they are doing on those. Some people never get any mail about their rejections. We used to get emails about questions getting answers and those don't come like they used to either. Sorry, I couldn't say :-(

u still get emails if you check th two boxes present above the SUBMIT button of answer! And what is this, isn't it unfair. We even don't know what happened to our moderation which i believe was perfect!

I think those boxes are just for new questions in this category and new answers to this one questions. If we asked a question, we used to get automatic emails telling us that people had answered them, and if there were any changes to any answer we gave points to as well. Haven't seen any of those emails for months, even after checking the boxes in my profile after they said they had suspended them for awhile.

No, don't stop, it just means you don't get notified in every case. I wouldn't go hog wild about flagging spam in some cases because often if the account is nuked, the answers that got flagged won't have any meaning as they are already gone, no record of them, so it's not even like they will get rejected, they just aren't there. They don't need to mail you since they are not rejecting it, they just aren't using it.

Not sure what you are asking, but if you think that one was rejected unfairly, you can ask them about it. I haven't seen them change their minds on that too often though. But if you see a flagging that doesn't seem right occasionally they will reverse it.

Usually unless you hear something, it hasn't been rejected. But if they just didn't accpet it, as opposed to being rejected for a good reason, you will see your percentage go up or down and your points for those flags will go up if they accepted them.
