In Florida, is it legal to flash headlights to get the traffic in front of you to move to the right?

there are laws for using the left lane for passing only.if some one is driving slow in the left lane and not passing,if yopu must pass them safely on the right themn they may get the idea.as far as fllashing the brights in someones mirror. i dont know if its illegal but it is DISRESPECTFUL,INCONSIDERATE,AND JUVENILLE,to say the least. if someone is in such a big hurry or so important they cannot wait a minute for someone in front of them to move they should've left earlier or taken a flight.

I think those who spoke of the inconsideration of driving in the left lane missed the point. The question is not one of manners but one of legality. Does anyone really know what the LAW states about the use of headlamps in this regard?

I is not legal to signal any one with you head lamps. A Police office has the right to pull you over for doing so. However it is only a law that is enforced by the by the discretion of the officer. just like you can be give a fine for spitting on the side-walk
