I have a 1995 Magnavox TV model 27tsc6 2104 that is stuck on auto program. Who do we call for customer support from Magnavox? I can't override the autoprogram with the remote control.

this is caused by a failed EEPROM (memory ic) and part has not been available for many years now - time to go shopping

Call the nearest Best Buy and they will give you the number of the Phillips-Magnavox Company ... I believe the number is in Tennessee somewhere ...

Try pressing the volume up and volume down buttons on the TV at the same time. (not on the remote - on TV)
