I have a co-worker who talks too much on the phone, and her work performance is suffering because of it. How should I handle this situation?

    unless you are her supervisor, then you don't do anything ... although if her lack of productivity is affecting your bottom line as well, then you need to address it with your supervisor/manager and let them handle it

    Her performance has nothing to do with you. You are on the job for your obligations no hers what is she doing for you and what are you doing for her the answer is nothing. My advice is best to mind your own business,If she is doing wrong she will get caught.

    Its not up to you to handle this situation it's down to her manager or supervisor. You should only become involved if it's having an impact on your work. If this happens then you need to discuss it with her boss.

    I have a co-worker who does this as well. It effects everyone, because other have to do more work, but I think it is best to keep out of it, and let management discover it on their own.
