Pretty simple. 1/ Mobo with onboard video. 2/Ram 3/A Power supply 4/An input device ( keyboard or mouse or both) 5/ A display 6/ A hard drive to store information such as the operating system. 7/ A CPU 8/ Cables for everything. That's a bare bones PC. You don't need a case if you're going strictly simple. :)
