    I'd HIGHLY recommend taking a good look at MediaCoder, it's quickly become one of my favorites for it's high level of capability, speed, and higher quality output compared to FormatFactory. The only downside is the GUI.

    Format Factory can convert any format to anyother format.
    EG:
    MP3 > FLAC
    WMV > FLV
    FLV > WMV
    DVD > FLV
    AAC > WMA

    (Or any other combination you can imagine)
