Not that I'm aware of, but I'm not that knowledgable about the many regional dialects we have. Although in the last 50 or so years the mass media has caused a reduction in their use, there are pockets of the country where elements of a 'regional language' still survive. But to address your question properly I'd have to say in general, everyday usage the answer is 'no'.

No
-
I have heard people say onest (instead of once) and twicet (silent e, instead of twice) but they weren't British.
-
I have heard that in West Virginia and eastern Kentucky.
-
No they do not Maybe people are making the mistake of Once meaning only one time. I have spent a large part of my life here and have been educated in Europe and have never heard First called "onest" It sounds more like a person who drops their "Hs" saying Honest.
-
Of course, and they also say 'twoth' instead of 'twice'. (joking, in case it wasn't obvious)
-
I've never heard that...I know that the floors in a building are humbered differently but that's it.
-
I have known a lot of Brits and I have never heard anyone say that.
-
No!
-
Never heard anyone use that and I have been nearly everywhere in the UK (I have lived in most bits at one stage or another).
-
Um.... nope. But I wouldn't put it past a toddler to try that out. Sort of like "Mouses" and "Deers".
-
I didn't even know the word onest existed!!
-
To be 'onest I've never 'eard that.
-
never heard onest instead of first & l am typically British
-
onest? is that even a word?
-
No, but they do say Maths instead of Math, and Sport when they should say Sports... AND IT REALLY TICKS ME OFF!!! And don't even get me started on "Football"!
-
Never heard the saying before.....we say first.
-
Don't be stupid I'm English and live in England...
-
No, but we do call ignorant jerks very rude names when we see them.
-
You know why it's called the ENGLISH language and not the AMERICAN language?? For God's sake. You yanks come up with some awful questions.
-
The British do not say Onest meaning First they say ONCE meaning it only happened one time.
-
i say first dont no about anyone else
-
where did you hear that, ive never heard anyone say that, maybe if they were subnormal or something. ive livved her for last 22 years
-
I have never heard anyone say that.
-
Nope, never heard that
-
Well I'm English, and I've never heard of it, not even in Scotland where they do speak a different language cunningly disguised as something almost but not quite entirely unlike English.
-
That's a bloody lie
