  • They have all those "diet delites" that are steamed vegetables with some type of meat. It would not make me happy as I like lots of sauce and grease.
  • Order steamed veggies and chicken, it may be bland, but nothing else is really low-fat. The other option would be to order what you like and watch your portion sizes. It will help to stick with chicken, fish or vegetarian and not order anything that is breaded and fried.
  • Stay away from the battered and fried dishes. Go for the steamed veggies and steamed rice (of course, my favorites ARE the fried and battered dished and fried rice). Shrimp or chickend and broccoli is good as well, but the sauces are usually loaded with sodium.
