Does anyone know where I can get free complete tutorials from basics to advanced of Adobe Photoshop CS3? I'm a complete beginner and have never used photoshop before and I need to learn everything from square one.

There are a TON online...just do a search for them. Also check out social bookmarking sites (I use delicious) to see which ones others have thought good enough to bookmark.
