I accidentally took the first Sunday pill of my next pack on the Monday I should have started my reminder pills. Should I now start my next pack this Sunday, by taking the pill meant for Monday, or should I just start on Monday?

If you don't take the reminder pills, then you probably won't have a period this month. I'd just keep taking this pack and when you get to the reminder pills, then you'll get back on schedule. Women do this all the time to adjust when their period is for a special event.
