Today I wipe my butt after finishing taking a dump then I see blood on the paper, what's wrong?

Try again tomorrow. If you continue to have bloody stool, then you have problems and are probably going to need to see a doc.

Odds are you have an anal fissure. Which is fancy talk for a tear in your rectum. Usually caused by constipation and/or large stool tearing you. Drink lots of fluids and watch to see if your poop looks black and tarry (sign of more serious internal bleeding) next time you go. This is unless you are bleeding a large amount. Then you need to seek immediate medical treatment.

i am leaning towards a aggrivated hemroid if it's not just a ripped anus...(fissure)how long do you stay on the toilet???? the rule of thumb is to poop and then get up...it is not smart to set on cold objects or remain sitting on a toilet for long periods of time..... just cause you have a hemroid doesn't mean your but will hurt.....only when the hemroid gets pushed out does it feel uncomfortable.....but fissures are common as well....just try to pamper your bum more...^_^

This may be a horrible answer but what colour was the blood? If it is bright red then the indications are the bleeding is close to the anus if it is darker then that could indicate bleeding further inside. Small amounts of bright red = nothing generally to worry about but speaking with experience here, see a doctor. To set your mind at rest I have some horrible bowel conditions and this is a regular thing for me. Is nothing to worry about just a pain in the errr... arse, pardon the expression. :)

You have a super tight asshole? Actually, it might be a popped weak blood vessel. If it happens again in a larger scale visit your doctor, otherwise do not fret!

I have had the same problem if its just when you wipe it is nothing to worry about its just a tear. If it hurts when you wipe it is a hemroid and there is medicine for it .

Are you asking about the blood or the fact that you were looking in the paper to begin with? If not a lot of blood, probably a tear. If considerable amount, go to the doctor.

You might have wiped your bum too hard and scraped some skin off, or maybe you've got a haemorrhoid or a small anal tear.

Is your butt hairy? sometimes if you wipe to many times you can "injure" your butt. Taking a shower after a major dump can save you a lot of trouble?

Most likely my friend you have hemorrhoids if the blood is red. I had the same problem for years and it drove me nuts.
