Marijuana, which contains THC, is illegal. I can't think of a "what example right off hand, though.

Which is used when you have a choice, as in, Which shirt would you like to wear? What is asking for details, as in, What color is the shirt? You could swap the words and folks might understand you, but you'd sound uneducated.
