    The 351 has a 200-210 horsepower rating, and torque ratings from 300-328 lbs.-ft. .However back in 2000,F.R.P.P.offered a "1997 F-250 5.8L COMPLETE ENGINE"(part # M-6007-P58) that they rated at 235 horsepower. It leads one to believe the '97 EFI351's "210" horsepower rating was a bit conservative
