Men: Honestly, how many times you wash and polish your car in a month? If not how frequent?

Once every 3 months or so. Only when it's especially dirty.

Mine hasn't been washed since May or June and it hasn't been polished in several years. It is kind of pointless when it is starting to rust to polish around the rust. Oh well, that is bound to happen when you have 243,000 + miles on it.

I washed my car this November, but i hadn't washed it since June. Never polish it.

I don't wash or polish my cars. The dealership washes my cars for free when I take them in for oil changes or other services.
