Do you decorate the outside of your house with Lights at Christmas time?

Nah we used to but we only decorate the inside of out house and our tree for Christmas time

I only put up the tree & a few decorations inside the house.

I always wanted to but when we first got married my husband said that was such a waste of expense and electricity to put lights up for other peoples benefit so we have only put them in the house for us to enjoy. Of course there are christmas lights everywhere! It took me a few christmas' to get over it but now I really enjoy it.

Yes, ive got a tree next to the front door that i decorate with lights, i also put lights round the windows.. but thats about it.

Yup, we put lights out and those inflatable Santa Clauses and reindeers.

Yes, and I have so much stuff I decorate the neighbors' homes too.

We have two 25 foot pine trees and numerous other lit up things in the yard and we do the windows with giant snow flakes and also we put our tree in the front by the sliding glass door. In front of our house is a lake with a road that goes around it and the neighbors walk the road all the time. Our decorations are a tradition in the area. One year when they resurfaced the road my electric power to the trees was knocked out and the neighbors were all asking why the trees weren't lit. The town actually paid to re-install the electric line so that the trees could be lit again.
