Probably my sister, years ago. My hands are cold enough now that I don't even like being outside in the winter, let alone touching snow.

Unfortunately, a policeman. Luckily, he was a bit kind when he learned it was meant for someone else.

My neighbors grand kids. They were visiting last year during a particularly heavy snow we got. I was helping my neighbor shovel his driveway and his grandson's started throwing snowballs at us. So we ended up bombarding them when they tried to run back in the house.

My Dog....By accident i was getting ready to throw it on the ground and she came right where i was throwing it...she didnt get hurt. it was hilarious i think she got mad she walked away lol

Last April, to commence the end of winter, me and my friend Nate used up the last of the snow to have an hour long snowball fight. So, my answer would be him.

Oh my gosh. I don't even remember the last time I had a snowball in my hand. It was probably my daughter though and that would have been years ago.

Ironically, it was a friend of ours who's name is Jay. He, his husband, my wife and I all went snowshoeing last winter.
