I have dyed yellow/blonde hair, but when I tried to dye my hair ash brown, it turned my hair a gray/green/black color. Why did this happen, and how can I get the brown color I want?

Also dont use a dye with Blue in the ingredients. Find one that has Red, otherwise it will turn your hair green or blue. You can also buy a protein filler to soak your hair with - let it sit for an hour and put the dye directly on your hair without rinsing the filler out.

Any hair color with "ash" in the title is a generally a bad bet with already processed hair. Stick with something that says "warm" in the title. Ash always makes your hair, well, ashy looking.

this has happened simply because theres too many chemicals put on top of each other would i suggest is to go to the hairdressers and get your hair stripped back to your natrull colour. however expect some damage and a cost of around £100

    hope this helps! :) x
