  • 1 you half to have another receiver for another.
  • If you want to watch different programs on each tv, you will need a receiver for each tv. If you don't care, you can put a splitter on the outlet from the receiver and run as many tv's as you want. But you will only be able to watch one DirectTV program on all the TV's. You can also buy a remote device so you can change the program on the main receiver from another location in the house. When we purchased ours it was called a Rabbit. You can find them at Radio Shack for example.
  • As many as you want. Use a splitter and run the cables to every room in the house. Just keep it mind, that if there is only one receiver... every tv hooked up to it will be displaying the same channel. If you want to be able to watch different progams on different TVs, you need additional receivers.
  • Do you mean to one DirectTV DISH? or do you really mean RECEIVER? A DTV dual LNB dish is capable of providing feeds for two receivers. With a box that can be supplied by DTV (I think they call it a multiplexor) you can increase this to four receivers. That is why you always see advertisements for free four room DTV setups. If you really mean number of TVs per receiver, the answer would have to be unlimited, although there are hardware requirements and you would need to amplify the signal once you start getting a few TVs going.
