Are you a kid person, or do you find children to be annoying?

I've noticed that children I'm not related to are annoying. And children that I am related to are adorable. lol.

I want to start a child free island for people who don't want to reproduce, and don't like:
-being taxed for education
-being stuck behind school buses
-having to pay for people who can't afford the children they ARE having (i.e. welfare)
even though they aren't having children themselves...so I guess you can say they annoy me.

I like infants and young kids in short bursts; they're amusing to me in so many ways. Couldn't imagine living with one of those little devils though.

I love children ...

we too were children ... what would we be like today if many were to dislike us then? ...

Opinions will change to understand more when one eventually has a child to absorb and enjoy the refreshing innocence ...

I think kids are cute. I can watch them from a distance and i love to watch my boyfriend play with them because he is so good with them. (he is like a toddler himself i guess) but when you put me with them, i cant talk to them - i talk to little kids like a am talking to some one my own age. and they dont get me.
I guess when i have my own it will be different. I hope

I find other peoples' children to be annoying. Only my own was a source of endless fascination. If she had a kid I think I'd like that kid, but she has no plans to do so.

Sometimes I do find children annoying because of their disobedience. However I am now learning to be more tolerant with them and "grow" to be a kid person. I am a grandfather of five grandchildren, arranging from nearly one year to 15.

That's the #1 reason why I am sterile-by-choice.

It depends on the kid really. Most kids don't bother me, but there are some truly annoying ones. I guess I could say the same for adults, but more of them annoy me than not.

I am a kid person AND I find kids to be annoying sometimes. But NEVER as annoying as I find some adults.

I have kids and they drive me completely nuts, although I do love them. Many other peoples kids I just can't stand, though. What is odd is that I am working on becoming a school teacher, though.

I agree with Mkay in terms of not liking the idea of children, in the context that I have to pay for them when I don't have them.

Individual children I mostly can't stand because they are sticky and loud. quiet, clean, well behaved children are excellent, but by far the minority.

I adore children its refreshing to see young minds that still havent bent to the pressure of the outside world... I like observing how for most children, they have this simplistic and carefree existence. When i get really stressed i think back to see how children dealt with issues and it was usually by flipping a coin!!
I look forward to starting a family when i know i have plenty of life experience and financially stable.

I find some children to be disgusting and intolerable, while I find others to be adorable.
