Some guys are intimidated by pretty and personality or whatever.
A girl walked into this shitkicker bar I used to hang out in (this is Montana) She was 6'2" and unusually pretty. Every guy in the place was talking about her but she sat there by herself at her own table for about 45 minutes and no one said a word to her.
I finally asked the bartender what she was drinking and bought two of them and walked to her table just as the song "Ace in the hole" came on the jukebox.
I started singing that song to her as I sat down.
She looked at me like I was from another planet for a minute then started smiling.
I ended up dating her for over a year.
I am 5'9" and everyone said "You look like a little kid standing next to her"
Oh well, There were a lot of 6 foot guys in that bar that night.
I ended up with her because they were all too afraid to approach her.

Because your beauty and flirty personality make you sexually intimidating. Mostly they just want to bang. If you want to go out with someone you're going to have to find a guy with which a romantic emotional bond doesn't even require flirting or effort. If it's meant to be, your coming together should be seamless.

Flirting is a lot easier than asking someone out. Take it from me, a guy. I flirt alot, but I ask people out a ton less. Try asking someone yourself, don't wait for other people to grow some guts.

Sometimes when women (and men as well) are really physically attractive, people can be intimidated and don't think they have a shot, so they don't ask.
Or, and this is just a thought- I don't actually know you, but sometimes if you're extra flirty they might just assume you're easy and not ask you out. It seems contradictory, lemme tell ya- but sometimes that's how guys work.
I say just keep doing your thing. The ones who actually have the cajones to come up and ask are the ones you're looking for. :) Good luck!

hmm! why u so keen on going out with guys now! not liking this life or what? see, u have asked this question as if u r so desperate in going out, thats why! see, its not a big deal in getting guys for asking u out and if u r pretty as u had mentioned then no issues at all! but then, i still have no idea why many guys whom u flirt actually not asking u out! so, have u asked this question just for the fun of it? i wonder!
